A key component of the retail management and signage system is the EEL HDMP-5000 ultra compact high definition media layer.

The HDMI-5000 offers four advantages over PCs or other media players. Firstly it is designed to process full high definition content; secondly it will process 1080p signals, thirdly, it has both HDMI and VGA outputs and, fourthly, with a universal mounting bracket it can hang on the back of a flat panel TV.

This ultra compact media player processes 720p, 1080i or 1080p.

The ultimate in digital signage media players, the HDMP-4000 delivers the full audio-visual impact of high definition digital video signage in all resolutions including 1080p.

Based on either Windows XP/Vista or Linux, HDMP-4000 processes all popular digital video signage software in their native formats without conversion. This ensures the user is offered maximum flexibility without compromising content quality during managing, distributing and displaying dynamic media files.

The powerful dual-core processor enables complex digital signage design as well as rapid pre-scheduling from play-lists and delivery of a variety of content to different displays. The processor enables real-time ticker-tape messaging and multiple split-screens with each segment displaying different video content.

HDMP-4000 is ruggedly constructed and designed for 24/7 operations in the challenging retail environment with frequent powering off. Additional protection is provided by Watchdog and industrial temperature ranges. The magnetically levitated cooling fan minimizes noise and increases reliability.

This high definition media player is designed to operate either within a head-office server controlled Internet or WAN (head office to branch) network or in stand-alone mode. Its compact size enables it to be hung from the rear of a display screen.

HDS-1000


Description

HDS-1000 is a rack-mountable content source generator which outputs high definition video from a built in hard drive. The standard DVD drive makes content management easy and efficient while the component, DVI and audio connections provides flexibility in display options.

Applications

HDS-1000 is suitable for in-store HDTV promotion where the source generator is required to be placed out-of-site either rack or shelf mounted.

HDS-2000

HDS-2000 is a compact and stylish content source generator outputting high definition content from a built in hard disk drive. The standard DVD drive makes content management easy and efficient while the component, DVI and audio connections provides flexibility in display options. 

Applications

HDS-2000 is suitable for in-store HDTV promotion where the source generator is required to be placed in view of customers. However, it is designed not to look like a consumer product to discourage tampering.

HDS-2500


Description

HDS-2500 is a development from the HDS-2000, However, the hard disk drive has been replaced by a CF memory card which is also used for updating content. All 4 outputs are by HDMI which integrates the video and audio cables into one clean and easily managed cable system.

Applications

Like the HDS-2000, the HDS-2500 is suitable for in-store HDTV promotion where the source generator is required to be placed in view of customers. It is designed for full HDMI systems and updating of content is by flash memory or CF card.
